I took the Ryzen 5 5600g for assembly and used the thermal paste that came with the cooler, the average temperature was 60C. I still think I'll change the thermal paste. I used this cooler with an Intel Core i3 10100F processor without overclocking and achieved a large power reserve. During the Aida64 stress test, the processor did not heat above 50°C. It's important to mention that I have 3 fans in the front for intake, 2 on top for exhaust, and one in the back for exhaust. The heat pipes literally stick out from the case a couple of millimeters more than necessary. Theoretically, you can, of course, tighten it, but it’s scary. Then I’ll use a sledgehammer to straighten the panel or make a cutout, but for now I have to use it without the panel. So check compatibility with the case in advance. Not noisy. The kit includes everything you need, even thermal paste. Backlight. Easy installation on AM4. Does not interfere with the installation of memory sticks on the MAG B550 Mortar. That is, even the hot and voracious Ryzen 7 2700X will fly without problems. What can we say about the latest generation of Intel and AMD, which have become more energy efficient. Although, it is still not worth cooling the Core i7 8700K at 5 GHz.
Maximum quality for $20

Nothing extra
Why is he so cheap? Let's start with the fact that the Deepcool cooler does not have any "trinkets" in the form of a polished top plate with aluminium caps on the ends of the heat pipes. This is definitely not an option for show, like some Shadow Rock Slim. Although, their performance indicators are approximately identical. What else is the catch? It's possible the fan bearing won't last too long as Deepcool only warrants the product for two years. But given the price, even a pair of Gammaxx 400s will be cheaper than the same Shadow Rock Slim.
