My wife and I have been accustomed to drinking coffee since our student days. It is not surprising that our children, as they grew up, also fell in love with this drink. But in order to truly enjoy coffee, the quality of the drink must be at the proper level. We used to have a very simple coffee maker at home that could make good espresso, but over time it began to break down and became completely unusable last fall. To replace it, I decided to buy a really good coffee machine. This Delonghi model became it. A modern, fully automated machine that can prepare not only espresso, but also other types of coffee, including coffee drinks with milk. I'll admit that although I'm not a big fan of cappuccino and lattes, I must admit that sometimes drinking such mixes with milk is nice. This model requires only three things from me, as the owner: pour in clean and preferably soft water (hard water negatively affects the taste of the finished coffee), add beans (alternatively, you can use ground coffee) and select a program. The machine does all other operations itself. Moreover, all operations with milk (or cream) are also performed in a fully automatic mode. Moreover, you can create your own programs! The amount of water per cup, strength, temperature, degree of grinding are regulated. Amazing and very rich functionality. The machine is easy to maintain, it has self-cleaning programs and, by and large, all that remains is to clean the pulp container There are two drawbacks. I came to terms with the first one even before the purchase and this is its exorbitant price. And the second concerns the noise when the coffee grinder operates. In the morning it sounds quite loud and forces you to close the doors to the kitchen. |
