One of the fastest ssd for PCIe 3.0. DDR4 DRAM cache is available (1GB for the 960GB model), although this is not written about it either here or on the manufacturer’s website. I bought it in Regard, they gave me a 3-year warranty, although the manufacturer promises 5 years. Cells Toshiba 96L.
