Model overview based on user reviews
The Classic VM N4L water heater has received mixed reviews from users. One user reported a significant issue with the factory mounting, which failed and caused the boiler to fall, resulting in damage to their bathroom. They expressed dissatisfaction with the service center's response, feeling that the manufacturer should take responsibility. In contrast, another user has had a positive experience, with the boiler functioning well for over three years without any issues. This suggests that while the product can perform reliably, potential buyers should be cautious about installation and consider the service support available.

a model with serious flaws

Draw your own conclusions! My advice is to buy not only equipment based on its characteristics, but also find out about the attitude towards customers in service centers, etc.... in order to avoid problems in the future!
The salesman at the construction supermarket successfully promoted this boiler to us, so we bought it. It was installed by a craftsman with 10 years of experience! Everything was done according to the instructions and so on (every step was controlled and checked according to the installation/operation manual). We fitted it several times, hung it, made sure it was securely fastened, level, and so on. Before connecting the electricity, we decided to check if it would fill with water. It filled with water and hung for exactly one and a half minutes, then the 100 kg simply crashed into the bathroom, breaking shelves, hoses, tap, and damaging tiles. The factory mounting on the boiler just bent, couldn’t withstand the weight, and snapped. Luckily, the craftsman managed to pull his head out from under it just seconds before it fell! A specialist from the service center (Atlantic) came (immediately showing with his demeanor that it was our fault and that his visit was merely formal), straightened the bent mounting three times and only then managed to hang it, issuing us a paper stating that we were responsible, on which I was supposed to leave my comment, and when I took the sheet to write, he followed me saying, "Oh, you don't need to write anything, you'll just scribble a lot..." And that's where they distanced themselves from us; all the independent specialists we consulted for an explanation of the situation (these were craftsmen, salespeople, employees of construction hypermarkets like Epicenter and Nova Line) unanimously said that it was the manufacturer's fault, and they should replace it, but the service center employees are giving excuses and not taking back the equipment because it affects their bonuses!
Very weak factory fastening on the boiler
 i recommend it don't buy
