Compact all-in-one, features colour inkjet printer, detailed flatbed scanner and practical copier with zoom capability from 25 to 400%. It is positioned as a product of the initial price category, intended for home use. It differs from similar equipment of previous generations by the presence of a built-in Wi-Fi 802.11 module, support for the Bluetooth LE interface and automatic two-sided printing.
The design is optimized for small monthly workloads, but monochrome (up to 13 ppm) and colour (up to 7 ppm) print speeds allow you to quickly output relatively large multi-page documents. The resource of standard Fine cartridges for b/w (PG-440) and colour printing (CL-441) is 180 pages each. But, if necessary, the Canon PIXMA TS5150 MFP can work with larger-capacity cartridges (PG-440XL/CL-441XL) , capable of printing up to 600/400 pages.
When using original cartridges and branded high-density photo paper (up to 300 g / m²), the manufacturer guarantees realistic photo printing (borderless up to 20x25 cm). Thanks to a flatbed scanner with a maximum optical resolution of 1200x2400 dpi, the device can quickly copy b/w and colour documents. Built-in Wi-Fi enables direct printing from laptops, smartphones and tablets (Android, iOS and Windows 10 Mobile).
