The machine was bought a while ago but used very rarely, and it didn't last even a month of daily use. The touch buttons are another story; they're a nightmare to press and hardly respond. Now, all the buttons are just flashing, and it's trying to drain the water. The repair service is practically non-existent. We waited ten days for a technician to call after we made a request, and as many reviews say, they threaten with a paid visit claiming it's our fault because the filters (which were periodically cleaned) are clogged, and water got inside. What kind of dishwasher lets water inside?! The saga continues, and it's clear the electronics have failed, but Candy likes to fix their defects at the customer's expense. Don't make the mistake; it's just scrap metal. If you want problems, buy this product! No Service, sensor quality ![]() |
Economical, roomy, not noisy
The freestanding dishwasher of the Candy brand will allow you to wash 13 sets of dishes at a time. Such spaciousness, usually, is enough even for large families and those who often organize feasts at home with a wide circle of friends. The dimensions of the case are quite standard (84.5x60x60 cm), and the removable top cover will additionally reduce the height of the device by 3 cm (for placement under the kitchen worktop).
The large working chamber does not make the Candy Brava HCF 3C7LFW noisy (up to 47 dB, which is an average) or not economical. For example, a dishwasher consumes about 10 liters of water per cycle. And energy consumption deserves only flattering words, because its class corresponds to the A +++ rating.
Basic Loops and Cool Functions
The dishwasher has 5 wash cycles. The main programme should be a universal (daily) programme that handles with typical pollution. There is also a pre-rinse, intensive and economical cycle. Separately, it should be said about the quick Zoom programme, which lasts only 49 minutes, but includes a drying phase. By the way, any other cycle can be accelerated if desired, for which the Express function is proposed (reduces the drying time).
In addition to delaying the start by 9, 6 or 3 hours, there are other interesting options. Thus, the Smart Door auto-opening was implemented, designed to improve the quality of condensation drying due to natural ventilation. And the Addish function is useful when you need to stop the cycle that has begun and add forgotten plates or other utensils.
Buttons or remote control
Pushbutton switches with indicators are located at the top of the door. And since they are easily accessible even to small curious children, there is also a control lock.
Built-in Wi-Fi + Bluetooth wireless modules make it possible to control the dishwasher remotely. The simply-Fi branded app duplicates the keypad and provides additional useful information, including washing tips and statistics on the operation of the device.
The disadvantages include not the most stable operation of the application, but as for its affordable price, the Candy Brava HCF 3C7LFW is a 60 cm wide dishwasher worthy of attention.
"An extended review on how the company Candy deceives customers about non-existent service, and how the employees of the Candy service center resemble ordinary fraudsters who blatantly lie on the phone and mislead people. The so-called repair has been ongoing for more than a month, with the machine being taken to the service center for almost a week, only to find out later that there was no spare part, all this lasting more than a month, considering that the machine was rarely used. Now it is clear that the quality of Candy's products leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. A week ago, we called the service center and informed them that we no longer wanted this machine back, as such service repair is unacceptable, and simply wanted a refund according to the consumer protection law, to which the response was that they would contact management to see how they decide, meaning it's management, not the law, making the decisions... and they promised to call back but no one did, so we called again a couple of days later, only to hear that it was the first time they were hearing about the return and were told that they would get approval and call back, then they disappeared... we called a third time, and the same story. Honestly, does this company really not care about its reputation and the law? We have not contacted anyone yet, hoping it would be resolved legally without hassle, but it seems that this company does not accept normal resolution of situations and prefers a different solution with corresponding red tape and a lot of lost time. Dear customers, think more than once if it's worth buying Candy's products, as you won't see any service or quality. To be continued..."
