"Omnivorous" flagship

One of Bosch's flagship stand blenders is the VitaBoost line. The model is equipped with a high-performance 1600-watt motor and a 6-bladed steel knife. The 30,000 rpm connections are also made of metal, which is designed to increase overall durability and reliability.

Thanks to such components, the Bosch MMBH 4P3W is almost "omnivorous", it handles with crushing ice, chopping nuts and spices, hard vegetables, frozen berries, etc. It works, like other powerful models, loudly, but you won’t have to wait long to get the right consistency. For example, it takes about 10 seconds to grind 200 grams of nuts, and 20 seconds to prepare a portion of a smoothie.

Manual or automatic

Bosch MMBH 4P3W received an intuitive control panel. On the left is a switch, on the right is a similar switch designed to turn on the pulse mode. In the centre is a rotary washer for smooth speed control. These controls are needed for various manual settings.

There are also 3 automatic programs offered: the buttons corresponding to them are located at the bottom of the front of the case. So, Shake is needed for making smoothies and milkshakes, Smoothie is for making vitamin shakes from frozen ingredients and/or hard vegetables and fruits. The Soup programme, which is used to prepare hot soup, deserves special attention. But there is no heating element, as in soup blenders: due to intensive mixing, the contents are heated to a temperature of about 70 °C for several minutes.

Big bowl

The model comes with a 2 liter jug made of tritan. It has a square base, so you can put it on the base on any side convenient for the user. As expected, the container is complemented by a tight lid with a stopper and a pusher. All removable accessories can be washed in the dishwasher, but the bowl can only be washed under running water.

Bosch MMBH 4P3W is a very versatile and easy to use blender. Its not low price can be considered a drawback, but not a minus, especially if we draw parallels with the older version of the MMBH 6P6B, which received 3 programs more.
