The knife is good. The thickness adjustment knob is very outdated and the adjustment can be thrown off by slight pressure on the adjustable limiting wall. When slicing a lot, you either need to hold the knob to prevent it from turning unintentionally or adjust it. The manufacturer skimped on rubber feet for the legs of the folding shelf. A slicer might not be a first necessity item, but it's certainly not superfluous in the household. We chose this model because it is inexpensive, visually appealing, and the brand is trustworthy. It slices neatly, producing slices of the exact desired thickness, so it performs its main function excellently. It is quite safe to use; it's better not to let a child use it, but there's nothing complicated about it, and there are safety features. When in use, a shelf folds out, and then it folds back in, taking up little space when stored. After slicing, you have to clean up everything, crumbs, etc. There's no tray like in more expensive models. And usually, it's a hassle to take it out for everyday use, wash it afterward, wipe the table, so for two sandwiches, I use a knife, but for holiday feasts, I do take out the slicer. use Bosch MAS 4201 month or more i recommend it should buy |
