Great thing. There's no electricity at the dacha. So this little guy really comes in handy.
On a single charge, it pumps approximately 650 liters
The power cord is a bit short. It wasn't long enough to lower the pump into the well. Had to add a few meters. And it's equipped with only one battery. Two would be just right.

Battery pump for watering in the country

A distinctive feature of the Bosch Garden Pump is that it does not work from a wall outlet, but from a battery. That is, you do not have to pull the extension cord from the house to the rainwater barrel to water the plants in the garden or in the garden. Simply immerse the pump in a container and insert the charged battery into the "base" that can be attached to the wall or directly to the barrel. On the "base" there is a timer with which you can set the duration of watering (5, 10 or 15 minutes) — an indispensable feature if the pump is connected to a sprinkler. The device can develop a sufficiently large pressure (up to 2 bar). With hoses up to 25 metres long, this is more than enough to create a powerful jet of water with a nozzle or gun.

More compact than ever

The Bosch Garden Pump is designed to draw clean water from barrels or similar containers (but you can also drain an inflatable or frame pool with it). Due to its compact dimensions (125x115x195 mm) it will easily fit even the narrowest barrel, and its light weight (2.2 kg) makes it easy to carry the device with you from one tank to another. But it should not be lowered into a well or a well, because the permissible immersion depth of the pump is only 1.8 m, and the cable length is 2.5 m. completely excluded).

Features of battery pumps

Please note: some online stores sell this pump without a battery, so it is better to check with the seller before buying. However, for some, the “no battery” option may even be a plus. The fact is that this pump runs on conventional 18-volt Bosch batteries, which you may already have in your household if you use a tool of this brand.

If network pumps are absolutely not suitable for you, and you want to buy a battery pump for irrigation, then you have very few alternatives: either Bosch Garden Pump or GARDENA 2000/2 Li-18. They have identical features and almost the same price.
