Under no circumstances buy Bosch heat pumps. I purchased this model and have been struggling with it for over half a year, and no one can set it up properly. The "intelligent" system interprets the set parameters however it wants, just not the way you need it. For example, when setting parameters to heat water up to 58 degrees, it heats to 42 and stops. Meanwhile, it cools down to critical 6 degrees, ignoring the minimum temperature parameter of the circuit. Errors constantly appear in the service menu. Sometimes it can't see the module, sometimes there's a freezing danger, sometimes overheating. Service personnel respond passively to problems. They try to solve something but mostly try to convince me that it is supposed to be this way, showing me all sorts of internal-use graphs... This model of heat pump and Bosch's service have been very disappointing. I want to return the equipment. Everything I liked was killed by the service, constant errors and inadequate, complex heat pump settings. I even wrote to Germany, but received no response. They won’t let you contact the management of the Kyiv representative office or they don’t give a damn. - Bad service - Constant errors - "Intelligent system" ignores your settings - The box itself has a minimal set of functions, for expansion, modules will be needed that will require significant financial investment. use Bosch Compress 3000 AWBS 15 month or more i recommend it don't buy |
