The new BEW712 planer from Black & Decker is a compact design with an ergonomic softgrip, anti-slip handle. With an 82mm width of cut and a maximum rebating depth of 11mm, the sole also has a built in V-groove for chamferring edges. The BEW712 is a corded machine with a 710 watt motor and plugs into a standard UK mains socket. Included in the box is a dust bag (a vacuum cleaner can be connected directly to the dust port instead if required) and a hex key for swapping out the blade.
