I purchased from the website "Intexpool.ua". I strongly do not recommend dealing with this company - there is no after-sales service whatsoever. Let me explain: I ordered two Bestway inflatable mattresses for myself and acquaintances. They were shipped/delivered quickly. However, one mattress (mine) deflates very slowly - in about 3-4 hours it turns into a deflated mat even without weight. You fall asleep on the mattress - wake up on the mat. Apparently, there is a micro-crack. The child was very upset since the mattress was meant for them. The other mattress holds up fine.

When contacting a representative of this store, they stated that since they are not official distributors, no warranty for micro-cracks is provided. The only thing they guarantee is that the box wasn't opened from the factory.

Therefore, if you encounter problems with Intex or Bestway products after purchasing from this store, you have only yourself to blame since this company does not care about its reputation - they are merely intermediaries without any obligations.

If anyone needs proof, I can provide the waybill, recordings of phone conversations with managers, and photos of the mattress without any problem.
