It is equipped with a horizontal hook with a drop-in threading system and a balancing system that ensures a smooth and quiet sewing even at maximum speed. There are 197 different sewing steps to choose from, including quilting stitches and 58 decorative stitches with mirror image capability.

Since this is a computerized model, it is most convenient to use: when choosing an operation, the system will independently select the optimal characteristics of the stitch length and stitch width. A small display on the body displays detailed information about the current parameters of the stitch being performed, and on the sliding sheets you can see all the available types of stitches.

The BERNINA Bernette Sew and Go 8 features a 16.3 cm arm for easy cuff and neck work, two-level presser foot lift (8 and 14 mm) for fine and thick fabrics, and a button to start sewing without using the foot control. The machine also allows you to manually adjust the parameters: stitch length, stitch width, thread tension, presser foot pressure, required speed, needle position (up / down).
