The Beko DFS 05011 dishwasher is a "freestanding" unit that can be placed anywhere on the kitchen floor. It can wash 10 sets of dishes at once. If there aren't too many dishes, you can load the machine halfway and select the corresponding wash mode, which is twice as economical. All functions are activated with a rotary switch – there is no modern LED display here.
Economical
The dishwasher has five operating modes. In addition to the half-load option, the unit features an economical wash function for lightly soiled dishes. The normal wash is meant for everyday dish cleaning. During intensive washing, the water heats up to 70 degrees, which helps clean greasy pots and pans. A quick wash is necessary when you need to clean dishes in a short amount of time. The washing class is A, meaning complete cleaning of dishes without any food residues or stains. The machine consumes only 0.83 kWh, making it economical. However, it uses a quite significant amount of water – a full 13 liters per wash.
Protection and Cleaning Agents
The dishwasher has a special Watersafe leakage protection system. In case of a leak, the water supply to the system is immediately cut off, and the water intake is automatically shut down, with residual water drained into the sewage. The machine can clean dishes using either detergent or “tablets” that contain water-softening salt, a cleaning agent, and a rinse aid. If the rinse aid or salt runs out during washing, special indicators will alert you.
