Model overview based on user reviews
The "be quiet! Pure Power 11" series is highly regarded for its quiet operation and gold certification, offering good efficiency under load with multiple protection systems and stabilization. Users appreciate its high-quality construction and design, developed in Germany, and backed by a 5-year warranty. The PSU remains quiet even at peak loads, making it an attractive choice for those prioritizing silence. However, some users noted that it can overheat slightly during extended heavy gaming sessions, which seems to be a trade-off between silence and cooling efficiency. While most reviews are positive, one user reported issues with fan squeaking after a year, indicating potential quality inconsistencies. Overall, it is recommended for its performance and reliability, though the equipment included is somewhat sparse.

A solid block for reasonable money and with a gold certificate.

Very high quality block. High-quality both in layout and assembly, and in the selection of elements and functionality. A very quiet cooler, which actually was the main factor in the advantage of the purchase. It doesn't make noise even at peak. According to the declared characteristics, the block has a certificate of 80+ gold, I did not check it, but I think everything + - it is, because in tests and reviews they measured it despite an error of + -3%, everything is the same (with a load of more than 50%). Collected in a block with NZXT, bottom location. The block does not get very hot, but it certainly radiates heat. My hands itched to take it apart and look at the layout itself and the conders, but it is under warranty. According to what I dug up, there is no varistor, but a stomt arrester, the diode bridge is cooled by a radiator, there is a fsp, tyap conders. The block heats up to 50-55 degrees in normal load, and in high load 60-65 degrees (measured personally), which is normal for me.
Good efficiency under load. Many protection systems and there is stabilization. High-quality platform of conders, bridges, etc. Quiet even at peak load.
The operating temperature is normal, but sometimes it overheats a little. Apparently a compromise between silence and efficient cooling. But this happens if you play heavy games for a long time.

Golden age

Pure Power 11 is the updated budget power supply series from the German brand be quiet!, now even more energy-efficient (80 PLUS Gold certification instead of the previous Silver). The warranty has also increased from 3 to 5 years. Pure Power 11 is split into two sub-series: the standard one with fixed cables and the semi-modular CM (all cables detach except the CPU and motherboard).

Real watts

In our view, the optimal choice is the 600 W non-modular Pure Power 11, built on FSP’s Gold platform with Taiwanese Teapo capacitors. Across two separate +12 V rails it delivers up to 576 W. Up to another 140 W is available on the +3.3 V and +5 V rails. So the actual combined output of Pure Power 11 is even higher than the nameplate. Add to that the high efficiency — 92% at half load on the PSU.

Long cables

The CPU 4+4-pin cable is a full 60 cm long, letting you route it neatly behind the motherboard tray. The thick cables (CPU and motherboard) are fabric-sleeved, while the other thinner leads are made as flat ribbon cables to make them easier to manage inside the PC case. There are four 6+2-pin PCIe connectors for graphics cards, enough to power a dual setup with two high-end, if not outright flagship, GPUs.

A breath of fresh air

Naturally, be quiet! Pure Power 11 includes all key electrical protections: SCP for short circuit, OVP and UVP for voltage spikes and drops, OPP and OCP for overload, OTP for overheating. Cooling is handled by a proprietary 120 mm be quiet! fan on a rifle bearing (a more advanced version of a standard sleeve bearing). Noise level at full load is a moderate 23 dBA, and below half load it’s essentially inaudible at 10 dBA.
