Made in an aluminium case, the BASEUS brand power bank is a 10,000 mAh lithium-polymer battery, representing the middle price segment. The model is notable for supporting not only fast charging protocols, but also a high current, reaching 5 A. As a result, connected devices can be powered through the USB A ports at a power of 22.5 W. In addition, there is also USB-C that works both on the “output” and on the “input”.
And its working power can reach 18 watts. But you can power the Power bank with the BASEUS Adaman Metal Digital Display 10000 battery via Type-C, microUSB port or Apple Lightning. The battery capacity is 6300 mAh. This will be enough to fully charge the Apple iPad mini 2019, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2019 32GB or literally any smartphone of the current model range once (and, for example, the iPhone 12 or 11 even twice). Simultaneous charging of several devices is also supported, but at the same time, the operating parameters still sag (up to 15 W). I bought a power bank 1.5 years ago, it's just a miracle. I use it all the time, every day. My phone can realistically charge 6 times from 0 to 100 so far (even though it's been so long). When the temperature is extremely high or extremely low, the discharge current can be from 1A to 1.5A. However, if the temperature is normal (if the phone or power bank is not overheated), it charges up to 2.4A. The unit itself is assembled very well, it has fallen many times, nothing is loose, and everything holds perfectly. Great thing actually. Thanks largely to the built-in battery capacity. It really lasted me for five charges. Took it with me to Turkey, and for hikes or excursions, it's just fantastic. Charges quickly, with a current output of about 1.5-1.3 A, which is more than enough for me. It's a bit heavy, bulky, can't say it's the best for tourists, but I haven't tried. The body is cool, the coloring is nice. Dimensions are acceptable for such capacity, IMHO. You can roam the mountains for a week and always have a charge. It also came with a case. But I rarely use it, because it's not very convenient to put on. Otherwise, I'm very glad I bought this model. And by the way, I almost forgot - the screen is awesome, shows all the info on the charge, real-time charge, etc. Capacious, and handles long journeys excellently, as the battery capacity would be enough for several phones. Nice design + a cool case included. Only the weight and size. Capacity 4.7V - 6200mAh (in terms of 3.6V - 8200mAh) When discharging 14W (3A) from the USB type A port, the output sags to 4.6V. It heats up ungodly (don’t even dream about 22 Watts). When discharging 10 Watts (2A), the output sags to 4.7 V and still heats up if you discharge it for an hour. This is not pleasant. Design Despite the heavy weight (and it’s really big, it won’t be comfortable to hold in your hand), the capacity is 20% lower than stated. At 14W of power there are large heating losses (at 22.5W, as it is proudly written on the case, I did not test it, because there is no point with such heating). |
