The Ballu BDT 35L air dehumidifier worked for 2-3 months and then worked intermittently. Does not support automatic shutdown when humidity level is set. The service center answered my calls after 3 months. Finally they assembled the dehumidifier and asked me to pay for the service and pick it up myself. When I purchased the dehumidifier, Epicenter said collection, delivery and service were free. Looks good - Poor quality - Breaks frequently - Poor service - Noisy - Does not support automatic shut-off at the set humidity level use Ballu BDT-35L month or more i recommend it don't buy |
