Photos - Boiler Atmor InLine 12kW
Outdated Product
Performant instantaneous water heater with a power of 12 kW with reliable mechanical control and compact overall dimensions for horizontal installation. One of the older models of the Atmor InLine series, designed for connection to a three-phase power supply network with a voltage of 400 V. It is positioned as a simple and affordable product in the basic price category, focused on domestic use. It will help organize hot water supply to the kitchen, bathroom, shower. Can work on multiple parsing points. The main advantage of the Atmor InLine 12kW instantaneous water heater is ultra-fast heating of water, which distinguishes it from storage boilers, which require at least several tens of minutes to raise the temperature. It can play the role of a backup source of hot water when the centraliz...ed hot water supply is turned off. Equipped with a reliable electromechanical control system with indication and built-in overheating protection. 2 switches allow the water heater to work in three different power modes (4/8/12 kW), which allows you to control the outlet water temperature or regulate the flow. Due to the compact body, the water heater is suitable for concealed installation. The maximum flow rate reaches 7 L/min (with a temperature difference between inlet and outlet of 25 °C). The maximum water temperature can reach 65 °C.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Atmor InLine water heater receives mixed reviews from users. Many appreciate its compact size and quick heating capabilities, especially in models with higher power like the 12kW, which are noted for their efficiency and ability to serve multiple outlets. However, users frequently report issues with reliability and durability, with some units failing after a short period. Installation can be challenging, requiring a separate cable and careful attention to electrical safety due to high power consumption. Plastic fittings and the need for precise pressure adjustments are also common concerns. While some users have had positive experiences with long-lasting performance, others have faced significant service challenges and question the product's overall quality, especially in colder conditions where it struggles to maintain adequate water temperature.

Average lousy product

I have separate risers for the bathroom and kitchen. The boiler in the bathroom was Termex (don’t take it - it’s rubbish), I installed Electrolux - as long as it works, we’ll see. I put this thing in the kitchen, after 3 years of periodic operation (when the hot water was turned off), the electromagnetic starter closed. The service department said they cover it every 3-4 years. They said no, they were waiting, they waited for a long time. They showed up, I couldn’t change it right away, I called back - no again, they’re waiting again, and I’m sitting without hot water in the kitchen, because it’s a preventative measure :-(
Dimensions, fast heating
Difficulty in connecting (you need a separate cable with a machine), inconvenience of adjusting the temperature (pressure), does not have time to warm up the water well (especially in winter) - either a thin stream or cool water, high load on the network (5 kW)

I really regret buying it for the kitchen. I probably should have installed a boiler instead. Although it may depend on the manufacturer. The Electrolux boiler in the bathroom has been working without issues for the 6th year, I only recently cleaned it from scale, and it will last longer. I categorically do not recommend this ATMOR!!!

short lifespan, stopped working after a year (was installed in the kitchen).

Buy no less than 12 kW.
Heats water well, instantly hot, if it's 12 kW, of course. Has been serving for 10 years. Economical. Services both the bath and shower, and the sink.
Only one - magnetic starters often break down.
