Retro Design

The planetary mixer is part of the Ariete Vintage series, whose devices are styled in an elegant retro aesthetic. The plastic body with smooth, rounded forms resembles household appliances from the mid-20th century, and the variety of colors allows you to choose an option that complements your kitchen's interior. Moreover, if desired, you can assemble a complete set of vintage appliances in one style, as the Vintage collection also includes an electric kettle, toaster, countertop blender, coffee maker, and other equipment.
High Performance
Despite its vintage design, the mixer is equipped with modern technology and boasts high power. At maximum load, it outputs 2400 W, enabling it to handle any task easily: from quick ingredient mixing and cream whipping to kneading both liquid and dense yeast dough. Seven speed modes with smooth adjustment allow you to select the optimal work intensity depending on the recipe and type of products. In complex cases, the pulse mode will be helpful.
Additional convenience is provided by intuitive controls: the regulator not only indicates the speeds but also the attachments most suitable for each mode. For mixing and kneading dough, medium speeds are recommended, while higher speeds are advised for whipping.
3 Attachments with the Option for Additional Completion
The standard set includes three attachments, covering the main functions of the planetary mixer: a whisk for whipping, a beater (flat attachment for mixing), and a dough hook. The 5.5-liter working bowl is made of durable metal and allows for preparing large portions at once. Also included is a transparent lid with an opening for conveniently adding ingredients without stopping the operation.
