The best and most popular thermal paste is Arctic.
Reliable, long-lasting, very good in use. + - better than MX-4. The temperature dropped by 7-10 degrees. Performed better than other manufacturers. Spreads very well.

good model, like it

This is not thermal paste, it's thermal clay. Previously, I used to spread it over the entire surface, but the MX-6 is dry and thick, it just doesn't stick to the surface and comes off in pieces. So I gave up, as it's not economical, and just placed it crosswise in strips and smushed it together. The result is actually not bad, temperatures are even 3-5 degrees lower than with the MX-4 carefully applied in a thin layer.
Saves time because you won't be able to spread it
