Very negative experience with the AL-KO trimmer. It broke down quickly, took it to service under warranty, and for 5 months they haven't been able to fix it. They call saying it's ready, I arrive, and for half an hour they can't start it. After half an hour of struggling with that trimmer, it finally started at high revs. The guy who calls himself a master joyfully shouts, over the loudly maxed-out trimmer, that it's working. After his satisfaction with the struggling trimmer subsided, I waited until he released the throttle handle, and it immediately stopped working. The guy/master immediately started saying that it's supposed to be like that. Assuming it's a psychological issue, I approached the manager to see what he thinks about it. Fortunately, the manager immediately agreed that it might require a carburetor replacement or maybe the piston group. Everything seemed fine, but since then five months have passed. The trimmer hasn't been repaired, and over the phone, they come up with various explanations. I only have the desire to use some physical force to reclaim my resources and time wasted on nonsense. Purchased at Epicenter. I strongly do not recommend AL-KO. Not available Broke down quickly |
