Model overview based on user reviews
The A4Tech Bloody X5 Pro is a gaming mouse that stands out with its top-level PixArt 3389 sensor, offering a resolution of up to 16,000 DPI, making it highly accurate and fast. It features a comfortable and ergonomic design suitable for various grip styles, with a practical matte plastic finish that resists scratches and fingerprints. The mouse includes side buttons and a rubberized scroll wheel for smooth operation. Users appreciate the easy-to-press buttons and the inclusion of Teflon feet for better glide. However, some users note the lack of key reassignment options and express a desire for a braided cable, although the existing cable is considered strong. The mouse also boasts 12 RGB backlight modes and retains settings after power-off, adding to its appeal. Overall, the A4Tech Bloody X5 Pro is praised for its build quality and performance, despite minor drawbacks.

They didn’t forget about the appearance, 12 RGB backlight modes.
The assembly is nice. The shape is optimal and fits many grips. The buttons are easy to press and there are also side buttons. It glides easily and does not cling to the mat. It saves all settings after turning off the power.

Cool and probably the most accurate and fastest mouse I have ever seen.
The plastic of the case is pleasant to the touch, it does not slip out of your hands, the scroll wheel is rubberized and scrolls smoothly, but the cutoffs are felt.
it’s a pity that the cable is not braided, although it is already strong without it
good model, liked it

A mouse that never quite made it in "esports".
Top-level sensor PWM3389. Teflon feet included.
No opportunity to reassign keys.
The cable is not braided and looks flimsy.

Palm grip

Bloody X5 Pro is the flagship mouse of A4Tech's gaming sub-brand. Made clearly under the palm grip, as it has a large length of 13 centimeters and a weight of more than 100 grams. The top of the mouse is made of a practical matte plastic that does not scratch, peel or collect fingerprints.

Asymmetrical shape

The sidewalls are made of hard rubber with fine perforations for a more secure grip. Two additional programmable keys are located on the left, under the thumb of the right hand. And the shape of the mouse itself is asymmetric, exclusively for right-handers. Let the legs be made of non-100% Teflon, but a spare kit is immediately provided. The braided cable is a bit stiff.

Pro and Max versions

The sensor of the Bloody X5 Pro is the pre-top Pixart 3389 with a resolution of 16K DPI. There is also a slightly cheaper version of the X5 Max mouse with Pixart 3332 at 10k DPI. There are no other differences between the models. Microswitches under a pair of main keys made by Huano. There are no pre and post-travel buttons, only a small side-travel, which is an excellent result.

Tear-off height

There are four configuration buttons on the bottom, eliminating the need for PC software. With their help, you can adjust the resolution, the polling rate up to 2000 Hz (delay is negligible 0.5 seconds), and the height of separation from the playing surface (from 1.5 to 3 mm). The latter is uncommon even in significantly more expensive mice.
