Overall, a good model for 3000 rubles (bought at OnlineTrade). As for the sound: 4 out of 5, there's no WOW effect as mentioned in reviews on other sites, like deep and soft bass. PS, as headphones for listening to music, I wouldn't buy them; for that, there's Audio-Technica IMHO. For this price, these are very decent headphones. The build quality is high, with metal cups and a headband. You can feel that they won't fall apart in a month, and a big plus is the detachable cable.
