HUSKY Fighter 3-4 features a traditional two-layer construction. Thus, the inner tent is made of breathable nylon, complemented by mosquito nets. The outer polyester tent has a special polyurethane coating responsible for water resistance at the level of 7000 mm. The bottom also provides appropriate treatment and can boast even higher water protection of 11000 mm water column. Additionally, there is a fabric skirt along the entire perimeter of the base, preventing soaking and blowing of the tent base.

The manufacturer positions the HUSKY Fighter 3-4 as a solution for three or four people. In the latter case, it will be quite cramped, as the size of the sleeping area is 220x200 cm. However, when considering the tent as a three-person option, it provides comfort and enough free space for all users.

Each of the two entrances is complemented by a vestibule, with the main one being quite large (100 cm in length), allowing it to be transformed into a field kitchen if the weather dictates. To simplify storage of small items, both side pockets and a hanging shelf are provided.

Expedition tent from Ferrino is considered a solution for professionals, including climbers or experienced hikers. The model features a reinforced design and readiness for strong wind loads, for which an aluminum frame with 5 poles and five crossing points is offered to improve stability.

Ferrino Snowbound 3's readiness for winter is highlighted by dense textile materials, the tent with a wide snow skirt, and the presence of reinforced corners and wind flaps. Precipitation won't scare this model either. The water resistance of the tent is 4000 mm, and the bottom — 8000 mm water column.

There are three entrances from the outside to the tent, so literally, each user will have their own. The bedroom offers a good width reserve — 190 cm at the narrowest part, which should be enough for three tourists. Additional equipment includes mosquito nets, internal pockets, and fluorescent, that is reflective, guylines.

The total weight of the model is substantial — 5.9 kg, but still within reason. The cons include the high price tag. Otherwise, Ferrino Snowbound 3 is a great choice for challenging weather conditions and/or demanding tourists.

The model has received the proprietary Green Shape marking, which means the use of exclusively eco-friendly and safe materials, including those used for coatings to enhance water resistance (they do not contain potentially harmful components like PFAS/PFC).

The tent's indicators are modest — up to 3000 mm, but these are ensured by sophisticated silicone coating, so the tourist won't get wet in precipitation of various intensity.

The disadvantages of the model are the high price and narrow sleeping area in the feet area (only 135 cm), which might be cramped for three tourists. If these are not critical moments for you, then the Vaude Mark XT 3P is a solid option, combining strength, practicality, and reliability (the manufacturer offers a 5-year warranty on the tent).

The tunnel (half-barrel shape) tent from FjallRaven belongs to advanced solutions for hiking at any time of year. The model is designed for two people: its bedroom has an extended length of 225 cm, and the width smoothly decreases from 125 cm to 105 cm. But in the knee area, the space reserve will be about 120 cm, which is quite normal for the average tourist. Overall, the maximum narrowing area here serves as a place for clothes or other things.

The advantages of the FjallRaven Keb Endurance 2 include a large vestibule, 185 cm in length. There's really a lot of space in terms of trekking solutions, so it’s precisely in the porch where one can cook and eat during bad weather. There are two entrances to the outside, located to the left and right of the vestibule.

The shape of the tent is set by three thick aluminum poles (diameter 10.2 mm), which are arranged parallel to each other. Along with a relatively small height of 105 cm, this design provides good wind resistance. For winter conditions and snow protection, a dense skirt is provided. And good water protection of the tent (silicone coating on 3000 mm water column) in addition to benchmark bottom indicators — 10000 mm — will help to deal with precipitation. Almost all textile materials are made of polyamide, with the exception being polyester mosquito nets.

Also worth highlighting are the reflective guylines, a loop for hanging a lantern (or clothes), and several internal pockets: there are larger ones (for a book) and smaller ones (for a phone). The total weight of the model including pegs is 3.7 kg, and the packed size is 39x19x19 cm (or about 14 liters), which is not much at all.

The downside of the tent is the high cost, but it can be considered a surcharge for the all-weather and all-season status of the FjallRaven Keb Endurance 2, as well as the presence of a large vestibule.
