— LEDs are currently considered the most advanced household light source due to their high efficiency, providing bright light with low power consumption. They emit very little heat, making them ideal for lighting the interior of refrigerators. LEDs are also compact and can be distributed throughout the refrigerator to provide even lighting on all shelves, unlike incandescent lamps which can result in poor lighting in certain areas.
