However, many experts are sure that a rattle can and even should be used from birth. She teaches the baby to determine where the source of the sound is, as well as to look for an object with his eyes and keep his attention on it. In the first months of life, a parent can hold such a toy in his hand or hang it over the bed. A little later, starting from 3-4 months, rattles will be useful for the development of fine motor skills.
