Pans without non-stick coating

Given that the operating temperature of pots is much lower than that of frying pans, such a coating is most often not a real need; at the same time, it increases the price of the product and can significantly complicate the use (this is especially true for Teflon). Therefore, the tangible majority of modern pans are produced without a non-stick coating.
