Designer pendant light Hanami - extraordinary decorative element with luxurious Flair The stylish designer pendant light Hanami was created by product designer Adriano Rachele. The light impresses with its hand-pleated Blüte made of Lentiflex® and can provide stylish lighting anywhere. The technopolymer used, Lentiflex®, is a plastic specially developed by Slamp that makes it possible to imitate the reflections of a Diamant. The light can be used both in private living spaces and in public environments such as a Hotel, restaurant or in galleries and museums as a light source and eye-catcher at the same time. The designer Adriano Rachele studied product design and began his career in the "Research & Development" department at Slamp, where he still works with great success today. He was honoured with the Red Dot Design Award in 2012 for the design of the VELI ceiling light. In his designs, he is always motivated by the idea of creating objects that combine technology, functionality and innovation with Tradition and charm while retaining their own character. The Italian design company Slamp was founded in the early 1990s by Roberto Ziliani. The company attaches great importance to high-quality materials, workmanship and quality in the production of its lights. Accordingly, the lighting manufacturer developed an exclusive and specially patented plastic material that is particularly robust but also very light. Sustainability has always been an important factor in Slamp's production. For this reason, the Italian light manufacturer has been a member of an initiative since 2020 that donates the processing waste from lights to companies that use it to build nesting boxes for bumblebees.
