To make mayonnaise, simply fill the jar base with egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard salt and pepper. Place the mesh plunger and oil dish inside the jar and tighten with the screw band. Drizzle oil into the oil dish whilst... moremoving the plunger up and down. After about 3 to 4 minutes the consistency will be ready to serve.
