The 2nd Agent: Kao Browne Hair Color 2nd Agent e (Quasi-drug) includes Hydrogen Peroxide as an effective ingredient, along with other ingredients for stabilizing and enhancing the product. How to Use 1. Always conduct a patch test 48 hours prior to dyeing to check for skin allergies. 2. Mix equal parts of the 1st agent and 2nd agent. 3.
