Marin Gestalt XR Gravel Bike The Marin Gestalt XR Gravel Bike is the ultimate in gravel performance, taking the Gestalt X’s rough-and-rowdy approach and elevating it to the next level. It’s built for those who want to leave fire roads behind, race down singletrack, and push further and faster than ever-;while still embracing the versatility, challenge, and fun of a drop-bar bike. The Gestalt XR features a longer wheelbase, a slack, mountain bike-inspired head angle, a low-slung frame, wide handlebars, a short stem, and large, chunky tyres with clearance for up to 50 mm on 700C wheels or 54 mm with a 650B wheelset. The XR upgrades the performance with a gravel-specific SRAM Apex 12-speed drivetrain, Apex hydraulic disc brakes for superior stopping power, a TranzX dropper post for added control, cushy and grippy 45 mm wide Vee Tire Co rubber, and an array of custom Marin components to ensure an exceptional gravel experience.
