Westa Asia EFB

Enhanced lead-acid battery manufactured using EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) technology. The model sits neatly in an intermediate position between standard lead-acid units and more advanced AGM batteries. The modified design allows the battery to better handle frequent charge-discharge cycles, making it a suitable solution for vehicles with Start-Stop systems and an urban, stop-and-go driving rhythm.

The family’s models have an Asian form factor housing with familiar conical terminals (Euro type). The positive terminal can be located on the right or left—depending on the chosen battery version. As for the operating characteristics of Westa Asia EFB, the lineup’s batteries offer improved charge acceptance, feature low self-discharge during idle periods, and provide reliable engine starting at any ambient temperature, down to severe sub-zero conditions. Production of the models is established at the manufacturing facilities of the Ukrainian company Westa in the city of Dnipro, Ukraine.
