Model overview based on user reviews
The Transcend microSD 300S series offers a range of capacities from 4GB to 1TB, providing a budget-friendly option for various storage needs. Users appreciate its stable performance with write speeds up to 65 MB/s, making it suitable for applications like 4K video recording and use in devices such as Steam Decks and CCTV cameras. However, the card struggles with writing small files, which can affect performance in mobile phones or when handling numerous small files. While some users have experienced issues requiring warranty replacements, others find the card reliable over extended use. Overall, it is a cost-effective choice for those prioritizing price over speed, especially for less demanding tasks.

Great budget card. Definitely worth your money.
2 June 2020
Excellent card for the money. Bought as a spare for camera/drone shooting. Recording in 4k 60x did not show any problems, and at first I was worried that it would either fall off quickly, or there would be stumps during filming, but no. For all the time there was not a single incident, or loss of information. In fact, even when you copy to it from a computer, the speed fluctuates between 27-45 mb / s, which is certainly more than enough for 4K. But I'm talking about mixed folders, where there are both photos and videos. When uploading video, the speed almost never drops below 33-35 Mb/s. Of course, if you take a branded flash drive with 120 mb / s or more, then the difference is noticeable, but this option is ultra low-cost, and I have been using it for more than a year - there are no complaints. For such money, waiting for a miracle is simply stupid, but even such a result is quite satisfactory, especially along with sufficient reliability.
Stable, without sharp subsidence up to 10 Mb / s when recording. The minimum I've seen is 17 Mb/s, but I've been uploading a bunch of small files. Reliable. I've been using it for over a year, everything is ok. The price is a bomb, one and a half - two times less than more famous brands.
She is not very friendly with a large number of small files. In principle, I don’t have to throw this off, but someone might get upset.

Steam Deck bravo for new, miraculously fit.

512gb Steam Deck works wonders. Do not focus on more information, the card reader is more important than ever.
65 MB/s write on Steam Deck. 100gb gra is installed even more quickly on a gigabit internet.
All OK.
If the speed suits, then I don’t see any problems with the card

The actual size of a 64 GB card is approximately 58.8 GB, but this is the case for everyone, there will be no net volume. Naturally, the speed is lower than that declared by the manufacturer and decently lower, I attach a photo with tests below, when writing a file to a memory card, the speed is usually around 15 MB / s, when copying from a card, everything is much more fun, the speed is around 37 MB / s, here we are talking It's about copying large files, for example, for a test, I copied a video file. If you copy the folder with the programme, where there are many small files, then the speed drops down to 1-2 megabytes. According to the results of tests through CrystalDiskMark, I received virtually identical data to those tests that I carried out manually (see photo). We can conclude that this card should not be used, for example, in mobile phones, where there can also be a lot of small files, this will noticeably slow down the device. I bought a card for a CCTV camera, there are no problems with this, the question is durability, but time will tell how reliable the card is.
The read speed is 35-37 MB, the write speed is 14-16 MB, these figures allow it to be used in most CCTV cameras and some non-super fancy cameras.
The biggest drawback is the low speed of writing small files, in any case, the speed does not correspond to the declared one.
