Model overview based on user reviews
The Toyo Proxes CF1 tires are highly praised for their excellent road handling on both dry and wet surfaces, with users noting their superb grip and stability even at high speeds. They are described as soft and quiet, providing a comfortable driving experience. Many users have driven them for multiple seasons, covering significant distances without encountering issues like bulges or tears. However, some reviews mention that the tires can become noisy over time and are sensitive to road conditions, potentially causing bulges on rough surfaces. Additionally, in hot weather, they may experience drifting at high speeds, requiring drivers to reduce speed. Overall, the Toyo Proxes CF1 is recommended for its price-quality ratio, making it a reliable choice for everyday driving, as long as high-speed travel in hot conditions is avoided.

For vehicles weighing up to 1.5 tons, I haven’t driven heavier ones, so I don’t know. Everything is super, holds the road well at speed on dry asphalt. As for the noise - I have not heard it sing. My maximum speed is 180 - it was quiet. I have been driving for the third season. On the wet road - a fairy tale. I flew into puddles 10 cm deep at a speed of 130 km / h according to GPS. I entered it as I left it. I will continue to ride it. Not found ![]() |
What can be said if we summarize what was mentioned above, the tires performed well both on dry and wet surfaces. They go through puddles without even noticing them. On turns, even on wet asphalt, there's no skidding at all. They are critical of our roads as the tires are sensitive to any bumps, edges, and rails, causing bulges on such surfaces. Soft, holds the road well both dry and wet, hardly any noise. Sensitive to our roads, swerved a little on the gravel, BUT we were going at high speed. ![]() |
Bought fresh as soon as it appeared. Thinking of getting the same one again next year. Driving for the 4th season (185/65/R14), covered 50,000 km. Performs great on asphalt. Brakes excellently. In the 4th year, light hydroplaning appeared in puddles, but that's understandable... the tread is not the same anymore. Not noisy. No bulges or tears! Knock on wood! Holds the road excellently, grips the road in corners like on skates. 100% satisfied with the tires. No, they are not here. ![]() |
