Model overview based on user reviews
The Thermex Hit, particularly the Thermex H-10 O model, is praised for its quick heating capabilities and compact design, making it ideal for small spaces like under the sink. Users appreciate its easy installation and the fact that it can be attached directly to a wooden wall. The water heater is equipped with safety features such as overheating and high-pressure protection and a protective shutdown device. However, some concerns include a phenol smell from the tank, a thin metal body prone to dents, and a short warranty period of one year. The magnesium anode may also need frequent replacement. Despite these drawbacks, the product is considered reliable for small-scale use, though some find the price a bit high for its capacity.
Pros

Cons

There is no specific manufacturer indicated on the box or in the passport. Be careful.

Apparently this product should be used in a well-ventilated area and preferably with a gas mask.
Price and easy to install.
For four days since the start of operation, phenol has been smelling from the tank itself and from the water.
Gennadiyuse Thermex H-10 O week i recommend it don't buy
it’s up to everyone to buy or not, I haven’t even changed the anode yet.

i took a clean wash, brushed my teeth and washed my hands throughout the day. Sometimes we rinse the dishes. There are two of us in the family. 10 liters of water is more than enough. We live in a village, water is pumped into the house by a hydraulic accumulator.
heats the water quickly, attached directly to the wooden wall of the sink, short hoses to the mixer so the water comes out of the tap hot almost immediately.
for me there is none
use Thermex H-10 O more than year
Convenient and fast heating, but not at all cheap small-capacity water heater
26 April 2016
We bought a small boiler for a chemical laboratory. Hot water is needed for washing hands and chemical dishes. We agreed that a large volume is not needed, but the heating rate matters. We bought Thermex, because this manufacturer has a good reputation, earned 15 years ago.
Heats phenomenally fast. Ten liters are heated to 75 degrees in about half an hour. Compact design that fits easily under the sink. Interesting and original design. I haven’t seen anything like it, sorry, but it’s still no longer visible from under the sink. There is protection against overheating and high pressure. Nothing special, everything is pretty standard. Equipped with a protective shutdown device, which is good news. In the event of a short circuit or more formidable troubles, the water heater will simply automatically de-energize. Reliable mechanical control. If a thermometer were also installed, it would be generally excellent.
The body metal is very thin, almost tin. Unsuccessfully, he pressed his finger hard and left an unremovable mark - a dent. Only one year warranty. Too few, in my opinion. Maybe it’s my water, but the magnesium anode dies completely in less than a year and a half, and without it it’s impossible to operate, they write that there will be corrosion. The price for a frankly simple ten-liter boiler is clearly overpriced.
