Mattress (hard side, my weight is about 85kg) - literally sagged by 3-5cm after just 2 nights (bed with a solid base, no slats). The factory responded that the standard is a shrinkage of up to 1cm. But you can't call 5 cm normal. Moreover, the dent hardly smoothed out during the day, which definitely shouldn't happen. Interestingly, the store refused to acknowledge the poor quality and stated that the mattress is fine and meets standards. But they didn't refuse a return "since it doesn't suit me," and for that, I'm grateful.
