Model overview based on user reviews
The Sava Eskimo Stud tires are generally well-regarded for their excellent wear resistance, off-road capability, and traction on snow and ice. Users appreciate their performance on highways, with some reporting up to 100,000 km of mileage. The tires are described as quiet and providing a confident driving experience, akin to driving a tank in snowy conditions. However, there are mixed reviews about the studs, with some users finding them durable, while others criticize their quality, comparing them to cheaper alternatives. The tires are noted for their beautiful tread pattern and affordability, but some users have experienced issues with weak sidewalls and noise. Overall, the Sava Eskimo Stud tires are recommended for their price and performance, though improvements in stud quality and sidewall strength could enhance their appeal.

It goes through the snow like a tractor up to the bumper freely, the spikes wear out the sidewalls and begin to wobble, improve the sidewalls, raise the load capacity from 91 to 94, increase it, improve the spikes, use 5 seasons, beautiful pattern. It moves through the snow like a tractor on the bumper freely weak sidewalls, hernias pop out, and some of the spikes fell out, replaced with those taken from Ali ![]() |
I'm finishing my second season on it, good tires for the price!!! Rows great in the snow! In spring porridge, it rows great! Not noisy. at least there is no hum))) On ice, not very good.... use Sava Eskimo Stud 185/65 R15 88T more than year |
5 seasons and around 40k km. Perform well on ice and snow. Braking is decent. By the fifth season, the studding is around 60-70%. The tires are noisy. It's also noticeable that the tread is applied unevenly on the tire, which results in a cyclically increasing hum from the wheels. At a speed of 100-120 on an icy track, they go confidently. No skidding from the trajectory. Acceleration and braking rated as 4. Noisy... ![]() |
