Over the past summer I drove on different roads in different weather at different speed limits. The quality is top notch. They are balanced perfectly, they move smoothly, the steering wheel does not shake, the car does not wander along the ruts. The ride is soft and quiet, you can feel it even on a car with good suspension and Shumka (they have an Audi Q3).
