Model overview based on user reviews
The Pampers Premium Care 3 nappies are highly regarded for their softness and gentle touch, making them comfortable for babies. They feature a moisture indicator strip, elastic leg bands, and convenient fasteners, ensuring a snug fit and preventing leaks. The additional inner mesh layer enhances absorption, although it may stick if not changed frequently. While some users note a less pleasant smell, the nappies are praised for not causing allergies when changed regularly. They are considered more economical when purchased on sale, despite being pricier from size 3 and up. Some users prefer switching to Pampers Sleep & Play during the day for cost-effectiveness. However, others have switched to alternatives like Huggies Ultra Comfort due to absorption concerns. Overall, Pampers Premium Care 3 is a trusted choice for many families, offering a balance of comfort and reliability.
Pros
Cons
Pleasant to the touch, very soft and gentle (for comparison, Joy diapers feel papery and a bit stiff), they absorb the baby's stool very well and evenly, they don't leak (unlike Pampers Sleep & Play), and they don't cause allergies (at least for us, if the newborn is changed every 3 hours and powder is used). They have a moisture indicator strip, elastics around the legs, very good convenient fasteners, an additional inner mesh layer for better absorption, and are very elastic with drawstrings at the back. We also tried Goo.N Diapers NB and Libero Touch Open 1, but Pampers are more convenient and affordable for us at a promotional price. They have a not very pleasant smell (both sizes 1, 2, and 3), so if this is important for someone, it is better to choose others, for example, Pampers Sleep & Play already smells very good. Also, if you do not change the diaper for more than three hours and the baby has pooped more than once during this time, then the mesh may stick to the pope. ![]() |

I really love the animal images, always looking forward to seeing the little fox again!
However, from about size 3, when the child poops less frequently, you can switch to Pampers Sleep & Play during the day, which are thinner and cheaper, but they don't hold up at night if the child sleeps longer than 4-5 hours.
About the price: usually, people note the price of Pampers Premium Care as a downside, so I'd like to advise keeping an eye on sales in shops like Eva, Prostor, and Watsons—they often have great deals on them. We compared prices with other diapers, and it turned out to be really economical. They're more expensive from size 3 and up, so we switched to Pampers Sleep & Play during the day.
Tip: Nowadays, in every store like Eva, Prostor, and Watsons, you can find a sample of each diaper, so don’t be lazy. Go, check them out, feel how they stretch, smell, and look at the price, etc.
