Now it's in jacquard, quality has dropped significantly. Eyes settled on the Innsbruck mattress, Worthy of Attention. It was available in the store Poltava Mebli on Podoly Panyanka 77. The Mattress is Very Nice and Comfortable. We are satisfied with the purchase. Big thanks to the girls!! The mattress is just Gorgeous!! We bought the Neolux "Neoflex" in July 2017 for our child's birthday. Now we know what a pig in a poke means. If I could attach a photo, you could see this quasi-mattress for yourself (photos were taken a few days after purchase, and no one slept on the mattress). I filed a complaint on the website right after purchasing this product. The trick is that a vacuum mattress is considered used after the polyethylene packaging is opened and cannot be returned. Once unfolded, this mattress looks old and saggy. We corresponded with a representative of the manufacturer, who tried to convince me that waves on the mattress cover are normal. Sleeping on the folds of fabric on a supposedly new mattress is also normal, according to this manufacturer. The difference between the mattress in the promo video and in reality is not just huge, but HUGE. In the end, we had to buy a topper for the new mattress, and now we suffer with this purchase. Today, while changing the bedsheets and cursing once again, I decided to finally leave this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MANUFACTURER TO ANYONE - there is no quality control of the product, and they show a disregard for the customer by not acknowledging their faults and trying to convince you that an obvious defect is normal for a mattress.
