Android 8 by default, an update to 9 arrived back in December 18 Moto features (especially for turning on the camera and flashlight with phone gestures) Looks very cool and unusual Build, materials, except for the display glass ip68 nfc the front glass gets scratched, there is no protective glass for the entire display, only a film. Not all Moto features work as they should, particularly the responsive display. There are complaints about the OS, see comments. use Motorola Moto X4 month or more i recommend it should buy |
when I bought it, before that I looked at a bunch of reviews and they all talked about protection from water, but no one showed how it works under water and how it even survives. My wife and I were in thermal pools in Kosino, and she dropped my phone while she was forking me. Nothing happened to the glass of the case and in terms of the operation of the smartphone itself. So it can withstand not only ordinary water, but also thermal waters.))) camera, front camera and flash. what is important is that the flash does not illuminate the photo, as happens if the flash is placed close to the front camera. beautiful, fast, clean android, ip68, fingerprint scanner and its versatility, moto-action. i still can’t find a cover-case for it, but for a glass smartphone this is important) well, you understand what I mean. use Motorola Moto X4 month or more i recommend it should buy |
When I bought it, I was looking for another phone, but I saw this one and it caught fire. A very stylish and beautiful glass flagship (though you have to be a little more careful than with other smartphones, but it’s worth it). I was pleased with the dual camera, where shooting both day and night is excellent. It charges in 1.5 hours from 0 to 100%, which was also surprising, and the charge is enough for a whole day of active use. And of course waterproof (I haven’t tested it yet but it gives me confidence) glass body, cool camera, fast charging, waterproof not found use Motorola Moto X4 month or more i recommend it should buy |

Performance-wise everything is cool, it runs smoothly, I launched PUBG on low settings and it worked fine. The built-in storage is more than enough, all apps are still on internal memory. I don't use the second SIM card, so its absence is not a downside for me.
The camera seems fine, the photos are decent, and the camera itself activates in a second with two quick twists of the phone, which is very convenient.
It's disappointing that the glass scratches quickly without a film or protection, even though it should resist scratches since it's Gorilla Glass 3.
The display is an ordinary IPS Full HD, nowhere near Super AMOLED, but if you haven't used Super AMOLED, it'll do just fine.
I'll specifically mention the app functionality. The phone randomly launches apps from time to time, which is annoying; there seems to be a solution online, but no clear answer from the developers yet. The Moto display is sometimes unresponsive or turns on by itself, the developers are aware and should fix it. The other Moto actions are convenient and deserve attention, haven't seen such features in other phones.
On Android 8 the battery drained quickly, but on 9 it lasts longer, more than a day. The Android is clean.
For 6k, it's a very decent option if you're tired of faceless Samsungs or iPhones, but I wouldn't buy it for 12k because of the front glass.
