Tires for winter without snow and ice

I'm writing a truly honest review about these tires. Bought them a month ago after some thinking (tests, reviews, etc.). I needed a decent non-studded tire for city driving, highways, and snow. Before this, I drove on Goodyear Ice Plus for six seasons (not an ad, but the tires were the bomb for me). They were discontinued in 2014, and in 2018, production started in Poland; so, the quality is not the same. In general, about the Michelin - the only plus is the noiselessness, everything else is just one big minus. When changing tires, one tire turned out to be slightly warped (the steering pulled to the right, switched it out for another on the same rim and it stopped pulling). And the main thing - today, the first snow fell, and it was terrible. On slightly compacted snow, it constantly slips when starting and doesn't brake at all, just like a cow on ice. It kind of reminded me of KAMA all-season tires from the '90s. The conclusion is that these tires are definitely not for compacted snow or icy surfaces. And this is the more expensive version - made in Germany. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide. Best regards.
Very quiet, beyond all praise
It slips even on slightly packed snow. It doesn't brake AT ALL on ice.
