I've been using this laptop for a few days and already have something to say. A powerful processor, large screen, full-sized keyboard, lots of RAM – all of this is perfect for most IT specialists. I bought it as a replacement for a desktop because it's easier to power up the laptop during blackouts, and it's more energy-efficient. Here is a very powerful Core Ultra 7 processor, which can be extremely energy-efficient using the weakest cores, but when you need its full power, you get a 115-watt processor that will handle all your work tasks. Precisely because of such processor power (maximum peak power of 115 W at a nominal 28), there is a 135 W power supply. The cooling system here is powerful and will cool this processor without any problems. It consists of two fans and two heat pipes (one for 2 fans and one for 1). 32 GB of RAM will be enough for all your Chrome tabs. The Intel Arc GPU is quite a powerful solution, allowing you to play anything (at minimum or medium settings for new games, and high or ultra for older ones). The large 90 Wh battery will last at least 6 hours in office mode, and if you reduce brightness, turn off the keyboard backlighting, and enable power-saving mode, it can last up to 10 hours. Another plus for me is the speakers that are directed at me, not at the table. They are loud and quite decent for YouTube and Netflix. I can't call them the ideal benchmark for sound quality, but they are loud enough and quite adequate for a business laptop. A 3-year warranty will help you not worry about the recent news concerning Intel processor glitches. Only one USB, and it's completely impossible to charge via Type-C. Also, it's a bit overpriced; for this price, you can find gaming laptops with a similar processor and gaming graphics card. It might be called too large (in the photo, my 14" IdeaPad 5 Pro is on it), but I needed a stationary laptop, so I'm fine with it. |
