Model overview based on user reviews
The Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Plus tires receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from users, who praise their excellent performance on snow and ice, as well as their softness and quietness. Many users highlight the tires' ability to handle various winter conditions, including slush, mud, and packed snow, with confidence and stability. The tires are noted for their good traction and braking capabilities, even on icy surfaces, although some users mention they are not as effective on black ice. The tires are described as durable and high-quality, with a strong build that handles road irregularities well. While a few users mention concerns about their vulnerability to punctures and sidewall strength, the overall sentiment is that these tires are a great winter option, offering a balance of performance and comfort. The price is considered reasonable for the quality provided, making them a recommended choice for winter driving.

On ice, it brakes better than summer Rosava on dry summer asphalt! The car just digs in!!! soft, quiet, rows well. didn't notice use Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Plus few months i recommend it should buy |
Let me start by saying that I don't park my car in a parking lot, so it's easy for the wheels to be stolen. That's why I chose something cheaper and ended up buying a used set that I wouldn't mind losing, but from a well-known brand. I'll say right away that we have a mild winter, with a maximum of -10°C, so there's a constant change between snow, slush, and ice. I mostly had to drive through slush and mud – the tires performed well, no spinning or skidding, which means the grooves work perfectly because there are plenty and they're wide enough. When driving on snow, there is a feeling of confidence and direction, it doesn't sway to the sides, and I didn't get stuck in snowdrifts once! I'm very satisfied, especially with the fact that potholes have become almost unnoticeable. There's no roaring or screeching when braking. I haven't driven on ice, but I think it will perform respectably there too! Most importantly, the build quality is at a high level! Wide grooves help better remove dirt, stability, excellent off-road capability, soft and a beautiful pattern. no drawbacks ![]() |
the tires are great, highly recommend to everyone, I've got 17570R13. the tires are excellent, they grip perfectly, and hold up well on ice. I didn't expect it, I'm using them for the first season and am very satisfied. I recommend them to everyone. no ![]() |
