Hello, I'm using the tires for the third winter season. Made in Germany. Honestly, I wanted to sell them after the second season due to a large number of side bulges on the tires (5 in total). The problem is related to the fact that with a 45 profile you constantly need to check the tire pressure, and it should not be below 2.4 bars, otherwise the first pothole can cause a bulge, and then you have to repair it for 2-3 thousand. In winter, as you know, the temperature drops, and so does the pressure...

Furthermore, on icy roads, I can't say they're ideal. The car slides, and if you slightly move the steering wheel, you immediately feel it start to skid, even when changing lanes, the ice is noticeable. I watch "Corollas" driving nearby and I'm surprised. They're speeding and not afraid. I wonder if it's my tires that are bad, or are they just skating on the ice. But there is a plus that after two seasons, 97% of the studs are still in place, even though I drive both on highways and in the city with some wheel spinning (not often and not for long). The tires are actually soft, which causes the bulges, but they're quiet on asphalt and have better grip than hard tires. My rating is 3.5-4, everything is fine except the price is hefty. For such a set/price, you want to get maximum protection so you can drive and think: "Wow, now that's what I call worth it." I didn't get that feeling with these tires.
Quality, durability, quiet on the road.
Hitting a pothole guarantees a sidewall bulge, or consistently! maintain tire pressure of 2.7 atmospheres. Handling on icy roads
