Model overview based on user reviews
The Bridgestone Turanza T001 tires are highly regarded for their excellent road handling and reliable performance across various conditions, including rain and uneven surfaces. Users appreciate their softness and good braking distance, making them suitable for long drives. Although some users find them a bit noisy and stiff, the tires' durability and wear resistance are praised, with many noting their longevity even after extensive use. The tires are particularly noted for their stability on wet roads and resistance to aquaplaning. While some users experienced issues with sidewall strength on rough roads, the overall consensus is that these Japanese-made tires offer high quality and performance, justifying their price. They are recommended for those seeking reliable and robust tires for diverse driving conditions.

I inherited these tires along with a car from France on the rear axle. In Ukraine, they skated another 3 seasons with about 15,000. The tires appear wider for their size and in comparison to the Nexen Nblue HD Plus which they replaced. They are quite firm although they've been used for many years. The tires are from the 2015 production year, and I tested them under harsh conditions of heat, urban, and highway driving. During rain, low temperatures even at 0, at various speeds, surfaces, bumps, and turns - they performed excellently everywhere. There was no swaying, skidding, bumps, or anything like that. The car always felt confident, even during rain and at 110 km/h. The tires have been used for 8 years, 5 in France, and 3 in Ukraine. They have always been balanced without particular issues despite their respectable age. Now they are "retired." Of the minuses, they are a little noisy, stiff, and I would like the price to be cheaper. ![]() |
Don't listen to anyone - just go for it without thinking twice. I liked almost everything about it. I spent a long time looking for summer tires (for a Skoda Octavia A5 estate). I read forums, listened to friends' advice, but I wouldn't have understood until I tried it myself. These tires are just fire. Perfect for our roads. Those who write that they aren't durable and the cords tear just don't know how to drive. If not for their stiffness and increased wear resistance, the lifespan would be much less than that of competitors. No matter how you look at it, the Japanese know how to make things (mine are made in Japan, and I think that's important). Aquaplaning resistance is at the highest level. They're very stable on wet roads. The seller emphasized that for long distances, the tires only get stronger thanks to the special construction of the sidewalls. Tested and true. Really powerful. And for a year, these brought me more joy than any soft summer tires from competitors (I won’t name names for ethical reasons). A bit noisy, but that's not surprising given that it's not soft itself. use Bridgestone Turanza T001 195/65 R15 91V more than year |
The tires are such that we have withstood fire, water, mud, holes, potholes, sand, and silt. Let me down at least once! The tower is simple! Now I’ll take a pair of bridges for the winter, just to be sure of safety on the road. the strong are not afraid of anything there are no such moments ![]() |
