Model overview based on user reviews
The Bridgestone Blizzak LM-30 is a winter tire that performs well in various conditions, particularly excelling on slush and providing strong side stability in turns. Users appreciate its rigid sidewall and strong cord, which help maintain balance. The tire is noted for being low-noise and relatively soft, offering a smooth and quiet ride on dry and wet asphalt. It handles snow and slush effectively, although performance on ice can be unpredictable. Some users have experienced issues with the soft sidewalls, leading to bulges when hitting curbs. The tire features an asymmetric tread pattern, which requires attention during installation to ensure correct orientation. Overall, the Blizzak LM-30 is considered a decent choice for city driving and is competitively priced, though it may not be ideal for heavy snow conditions.

Works well on our broken roads, similar to all-season but winter. Competitors: Nokian, Continental, and that's it. Rigid sidewall, strong cord, does not lose balance. Works best on slush. Side stability in the turn outweighs braking, on ice (if you overshoot a turn on ice, release the brake with ABS, and steer). The hum compared to Nokian WR is stronger. ![]() |

The tire is really priced at 630 UAH per tire, quite cheap. I liked the tire completely; it behaves very smoothly and quietly on the road, which I consider the most important for a tire. The braking characteristics are strong at a 4 out of 5, and that’s sufficient for me. The interesting tread pattern initially scared me when buying, but then I read about it and agreed. I recommend it. excellent quality, the car holds perfectly on both dry and wet asphalt. As for winter conditions, they are just superb, whether it's loose or hard snow, the wheels just plow through any slush. In terms of ice, it's not bad either, but ice is ice, and how the car might behave is unclear to anyone. The tread is quite high and does not wear out quickly; after one season, I lost almost nothing, maybe 1 mm at most. very soft sidewalls, I got a bulge, had to replace one wheel with a new one, well maybe I really did hit the curb hard, I just remember it happened. Not too sure and clear about the ice, I would like specifics here, but nothing is clear. ![]() |
