Normal PSU. Bought it for 3590 in an online trade. But it just has REALLY THICK cables, or maybe my case is small (aerocool cylon, not mini) The fan turns off and because of this you can’t hear it at all. The drop in real power is small. It is well made, the cables do not twist. I didn't notice any noise from it. In my opinion, it's a good power supply, and the price is also pleasant.
