Originally had Windows 8, but I wanted to reinstall Windows 7 (I have experience with reinstalling). And then a miracle happened :( USB ports stopped working! The USB 2.0 and 3.0 drivers on the ACER disc don't fit; it says something like - Not supported by the Windows operating system. I thought - whatever, it's okay :) since they're designed for Windows 8.1, and I began searching for them online. First, I went to acer.ru and realized there's absolutely nothing for Windows 7 there :( I thought, well, maybe I'll find it elsewhere... went here http://vk.cc/4vgQ3f and it's like a cat in a bag. Searched everywhere, but eventually found what I was looking for :(( Let's look at the drawbacks. There are many of them, but what to do when you want Windows 7 but there are no drivers? Attention! The Acer Extensa 2519 laptop has full hardware support only for MS Windows 8.1 (64-bit), so we recommend using this as the primary system. just bought Acer Extensa 2519 |
If you don't have any problems and you want to get them over your head or below, buy and enjoy for a long time. until discovered The laptop at first glance seems okay but..... The fact that this device is programmed only for Windows 8/10, I realized after trying to install Windows 7, faced a lot of problems with installation and setup. The laptop is a beast, I bought it 5 years ago for pennies, just 10,000 hryvnias, so much time has passed, and it works like new. The only original part left is the logo on the case, and even that I touched up with a marker. convenient cup holder, sometimes I use it instead of a cutting board for meat. when purchasing and at first it would turn on, but at least now there's no problem and you can calmly place a mug of tea. |
